I have always loved good tv shows and movies, but after I got diagnosed with a chronic illness when I was 16, they became a lifeline.
I think a good series can get you through anything. They are a hobby you can do even when you are exhausted or in pain. They provide an escape and distraction.
The only thing I love more than watching a good show is talking about my latest tv show obsession.
When I am not binging shows, I love spending time with my family, especially my nieces (Kenzi, age 10, and Quinn, age 7), and playing games (Cribbage and Euchre are my favorites).
